Sermo Reservoir, Fishing Until Camping
“You’ve never been in Kulon Progo before visiting Waduk Sermo!” that what’s people say about this calm reservoir with Menoreh Hills as the background. This reservoir is a paradise for the those who love fishing, camping or doing outdoor activities.
At a glance, seen from the Kalibiru forest resort, the reservoir looks like a beautiful winding edges of a well in the middle of the hills. It merges perfectly with nature, so people won't think that it is created by humans. Only when they get to the bottom, the building construction indicates it is a man-made sight. A tower of monitors becoming an icon of this reservoir stands stout on one of its sides.
Klayar Beach, When A Sea Flute Sounds So Fluty
Sea flute which sounds so fluty and the spinx karsts standing exotic are perfect creations existing in one of the south coasts of Pacitan. A place where two different characters of beaches lives together side by side.
Klayar Beach is an icon of the city of 1001 caves, Pacitan. It becomes the main destination for most of domestic tourists. Located in Donoharjo, Pacitan, this white sandy beach offers the white karsts sticking out like a crown. Those karsts make this beach different from the surrounding beaches. Moreover, there is a crack in one of its sides that will spout the water like a whale when the waves hit its bottom. That is the famous sea flute, the icon of this beach.

Kiskenda Cave, A House for The Hermits
Me and Menoreh foothill are like north and south pole of a magnet, attract each other. The exoticism of the westernmost district of Yogyakarta can't be underestimated. Many hidden things might not imagine before. A day is not enough to explore all the interesting places in this district.
One intersting destination catching my attention is Kiskenda Cave. This cave is located in Jatimulyo, Girimulyo, Kulon Progo district, about 16 km from Minggir sub-district or 37 km from the downtown of Yogyakarta.
Actually, since a long time I wanted to come to this place. Initially, I thought Kiskenda Cave is only the name of a place in Ramayana, the place where Mahesasura and Lembusura lived and met their death at the hands of the man apes,Subali. However, Kiskenda Cave is a bit of a beautiful reality in the bowel of the earth.

Sudden Trip Day I, Perhentian Kedua: Waduk Nawangan, Wonogiri
Okei....! I mean the real GPS ya..!).
